Bridal Sarees
The one saree you'll keep for the rest of your life.
Every bride at House of Vanya™ is met by Alice or one of our stylists for a private consultation, either at our Kollam atelier or over video. We help you find not just a saree, but the saree — the one your daughter will one day borrow.
Our bridal curation balances the canonical (a red Kanjivaram with temple border, a ruby-and-gold Banarasi) with the quietly modern (an ivory tissue silk, a champagne organza with hand-embroidered florals). Every bridal piece is dispatched with a printed care card and weave details.
Styling notes
How to wear it
- South Indian weddings: red Kanjivaram with kemp jewellery, jasmine veni, traditional pleating.
- North Indian weddings: maroon or crimson Banarasi with uncut polki, a single naath, and a heavily embroidered blouse.
- Court or registrar weddings: ivory tissue or pastel organza with diamond solitaires and a soft chignon.
